Palo Blanco Builders is led by Herman Lang and his wife Elena, who serves as CEO. Herman brings over 25 years of hands-on construction and project management experience to every job.
Our team is small but experienced, with five core crew members and a trusted network of top designers, trades, and specialists. When you hire us, you’re working directly with our owners, not a faceless franchise.

Herman started in the industry drafting plans and drawing blueprints, then grew into residential and commercial construction, eventually founding Palo Blanco Builders to serve Utah families with honesty and craftsmanship.
For years, we’ve built everything from schools to custom homes to backyard ADUs. Today, our focus is on helping homeowners and property investors in Heber City get high-quality remodels without the stress.
